Taking into account Alberta Health Services recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Actualize will be offering clients the opportunity to pursue services via phone or video counselling. In-person appointments will also be offered to those who are feeling well and have not travelled/been in contact with those confirmed as having COVID-19. Decontamination and cleaning procedures are occuring between clients in our office locations. Clients who present in the office with physical symptoms of illness or are self-reporting symptoms are being asked to reschedule their appointments via phone or video counselling.
